Works like a charm

Had a problem with setting it up at first but it did the job. My phone can now connect even in the farthest part of our 2nd floor! Our internet mbps is the same all throughout the house. In my case, it worked as a wifi range extender. It didn't make our mbps go over our internet plan like some reviewers experience.

2FA Authentication

Hello when will 2FA be available for our devices / accounts because anyone who has our passwords (even for the tplink account) can hack all our IOT as well…. And that happened to me with my DECO pack of 3…. So in this new norm- i think its is a necessity for all safety for tp-link customers and this was requested since 2019 i think in the tplink forum i read…. How will this app help protect us with 2fa? Hopefully with security hardware keys as well…. Since TXT / SMS authentication is unsafe as well….

One thing i also noticed with deco- even users who are guests who have the app - logged in - can make system / security changes to the deco.

Connected throughout the house

Upgraded from tplink wifi extender to wifi decos a week ago. Unstable connection (due to thick concrete walls) and dead spots have been quite a burden in our house for years. Our 3 wifi decos solved those problems; we're now getting the speed we are paying for no matter which corner we are in the house.
